Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination medicine which helps in relieving pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever.
Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Depending on the severity of your underlying illness, your doctor will decide the precise dose. It may be taken with or without food. In case you experience stomach upset then take the medicine with food. Inform your doctor if you are also taking other medications containing paracetamol to avoid an overdose.
It may cause side effects like vomiting, difficulty sleeping, and constipation in some patients. Inform your doctor immediately if any rash or allergic reaction is observed while taking this medicine. It may also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. It should be used with caution in patients who are alcoholic or have liver or kidney disease.

Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Paracetamol/Acetaminophen. These medicines work by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for pain, fever and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Alcohol – UNSAFE
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet Taking Aceclofenac+Paracetamol/Acetaminophen with alcohol can cause liver damage.
Pregnancy – CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation – CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Driving – UNSAFE
Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney – CAUTION
Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver – CAUTION
Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Diclace P 100 mg/500 mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
