Serase K 50 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination medicine which helps in relieving pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. It also promotes healing at the site of inflammation.
Serase K 50 mg/10 mg Tablet may cause some common side effects like nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. It may also cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you.

HOW TO USE SERASE K TABLET
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Serase K 50 mg/10 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
HOW SERASE K TABLET WORKS
Serase K 50 mg/10 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing.

Alcohol – UNSAFE
It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Serase K 50 mg/10 mg Tablet
Pregnancy – CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
Serase K 50 mg/10 mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation – CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Driving – UNSAFE

Regular monitoring of liver function tests is recommended in patients with liver disease if this medicine is to be taken for a long time.
